As a collective of 1099 contractors, we maintain an open pricing model with a flat 25% margin on time and materials work, and an agreed upon shared success model for fixed fee work. We share all relevant documentation, including SOWs and RFPs, with everyone involved in project delivery. This approach ensures clients receive high-quality, motivated talent at fair rates, while incentivizing the managing principal to drive sales, support, and project success.
